S.P. + E.T. = 4ever!
But supposedly this is a good way to shame me into eating better. I mean encourage me to eat better. I found this site to get estimates for Calories, Fat, Saturated Fat, Fiber & Protein, but I don't know how accurate it is.
Here goes:
Breakfast:
bowl of Special K Vanilla Almond (110 C/1.5 g F/0 g Sat Fat/1 g F/2 g P)
Vanilla Soymilk (100 C/3.5 g F/.5 g Sat Fat/1 g F/6 g P)
banana (207 C/2 g F/1 g Sat Fat/ 10 g F/4 g P)
Lunch:
Wasa Hearty Crispbread x 2(90 C/0 g F/0 g Sat Fat/2 g F/1 g P)
wedge of Laughing Cow cheese (35 C/2 g F/1 g Sat Fat/0 g F/2.5 g P)
2 slices of Smart Deli Turkey Style (40 C/0 g F/0 g Sat Fat/.5 g F/7.5 g P)
Snack:
medium size pear (90 C/0 g F/0 g Sat Fat/2 g F/0 g P)
wedge of Laughing Cow cheese (35 C/2 g F/1 g Sat Fat/0 g F/2.5 g P)
So I've already eaten at least 700 calories and I'm still hungry. I'd eat all day long if I could. And many days I can. Hmm. What am I doing wrong?
