They cancelled Drive after airing only four episodes, three of which were aired back to back on a Sunday and Monday night. Uggh.
And I was so looking forward to the episode where Nathan wakes up with no memory, just a cell phone and a mysterious tattoo, and ends up hitchhiking his way through the rest of the race. On the side of the road all nekkid. Now that would be must-see-tv.

I really liked this movie even though I watched it in bits and pieces while doing a million other things. I especially liked the story involving the deaf Japanese teenager. I loved how old Brad looked and Cate, of course, was her usual gorgeous self. Four stars.
When an American couple (Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett) vacationing in Morocco fall victim to a random act of violence, a series of events unfolds across four countries that demonstrates both the necessity and impossibility of human communication. Director Alejandro González Iñárritu artfully weaves together three seemingly disparate stories of strangers in strange lands in this Oscar nominee for Best Picture and Golden Globe winner for Best Drama.
